As part of SotA’s inaugural team, she has spearheaded various program initiatives, supporting her team in building a robust and award-winning program. Under her directions, Hadestown: Teen Edition was awarded Best Overall Production at the 2025 Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards, also known as the Shuler Awards. As the SotA Theatre college coach, she guides students through the college audition and portfolio preparation process. SotA Theatre alumni have gone on to train at undergraduate programs such a University of Michigan, Texas State University, Florida State University, Baldwin Wallace, Point Park University and Pace University. Directing credits include: Chess of Jennie T Anderson Theatre, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Song and Dance of Aurora Theatre, The Pros and Cons of Killing Your Cult Leader at Weird Sisters Theatre Project, and Essential Theatre Play Festival. Notable performance credits include: In The Heights at Aurora Theatre and City Springs Theatre Company, Next to Normal at Jennie T Anderson Theatre, and several new play workshops with Alliance Theatre, Latinas in Media, Synchronicity Theatre, and Working Title Playwrights. Mrs. Quiñones believes that theatre should reflect the diverse and colorful world in which we live. She takes great pride in her ability to foster a culture of compassion and belonging within arts spaces. She believes that human connection and access to opportunity are essential for the development of young artis and have the power to shift the theatre industry towards a more inclusive future.

Amanda has music directed at The Alliance Theatre, Aurora Theatre, Six Flags Over Georgia, Atlanta Lyric Theater, The Jennie T. Anderson Theater, Actor’s Express (2018 Suzi Bass Award for The Color Purple), Synchronicity Theater, Buicentennial Productions, Wallace Buice Theatre Co., Charleston Stage, Playhouse on the Square, and Post Playhouse. She has served as director for the Aurora production of Waitress (2025 Suzi Bass nomination), as well as the Jennie T. Anderson Overture series productions of Next to Normal (2022 &- 2023; Suzi Bass nomination); and The Light in the Piazza (2023). Her original musical compositions have been seen at Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, Charleston Stage, and at various universities. She has an MFA in Acting from The University of Central Florida and undergraduate degrees in theatre and music from Florida State University. She is the author/editor of Conversations with Women in Musical Theatre Leadership (Routledge, 2023). Amanda proudly serves as the Co-Chair of Regional & Affinity Groups for Maestro Music Inc, providing support, visibility, and community to women in musical theatre music. Her ambitious spirit and relentless work ethic led her to begin performing professionally as soon as she graduated high school. Dancing and choreographing in the NBA, NFL, and AFL allowed Melody to travel to Korea, Iraq, China, Kuwait, and the Philippines. She continued to grow in her passion by performing in commercials, live performances, and theatre, including the Tony Award Nominated Broadway Show, Bring It On: The Musical. After moving to Atlanta, GA from New York she has used her professional experience and driven mentality to connect with the dance community, mentor and train youth dancers, as well as provide job opportunities for fellow dance professionals. Most recently she has been in development projects with Georgia High School Association (GHSA) and Atlanta’s professional hockey team, the Atlanta Gladiators (ECHL), as well as Damsel Supperclub. Melody works with professional dancers, dance teachers, choreographers, judges, and creative directors through her recruiting company, Elevate Dance. Melody’s mission is to show and evolve how dance can be a professional career choice.

A true mover at heart, Tea has built a reputation as a versatile choreographer and dancer known for creating original works that highlight her strengths in musicality, precision, storytelling, and movement above all else. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the industry’s top choreographers, including Otis Sallid, Ashley Wallen, Lisette Bustamante, and Bubba Carr. Her extensive body of work includes prominent projects such as Disney’s Descendants: The Rise of Red, the Broadway production of Annie at The Fox Theater, and her recent feature in the original production of Damsel Cabaret. With an eye for detail and a passion for crafting movement that tells a compelling story, Tea continues to create and perform with the goal of inspiring audiences and pushing the boundaries of what dance can express.
